I got appointed by an erection contractor firm and deputed at a site in Karnataka, the employer got ram away a night without any information and blocked my number too so that I can't contact him. After appointment, till today I received only 1 month salary and now facing great financial problems, please advise how to file a case against him in labour court??

Kindly contact and advocate and file a suit against him explaining all the problems and the situation you are in right now. Hope this helps.
