Fraud - matrimony site call dream partner india

Hi, there is a matrimony site call dream partner india, they have asked me to pay their membership fees and i paid to them but then again they asked me to pay processing fee and said they will return this but then again asked me to pay 1100 for service fee as their system is not allowing to return my processing fee. I paid in total 2900 rs to them. Kindly advice can I file cyber complaint for this...I only have whatsapp chat their numbers.

If they have taken it as your membership fees then they are allowed to take the fees but in such circumstances, they have to show their policy.
If they have taken the money by saying that they will return they are bound to. If they are denying the same now, you can send them a legal notice through an advocate.
