How to marry my boyfriend safely? How to marry my boyfriend safely?

5 years ago

I m a girl who have been subjected to mental and physical torture by my father since the age of 7 and even today.My mother was always helpless in this situation.My father didn't allow me to experience the love of my mother.He always tried to separate me from my mother.I was left alone and I lost my childhood.He always abuses me verbally(bad words).I grew up without getting any love or care.I didn't file a case against my father only for the sake of my mother.At the age of 19, I fell in love with my best friend who is elder to me.Unfortunately a girl along with her family emotionally blackmailed my boyfriend and his family to marry her.Being terrified he married her and after that he didn't accept her or maintained any physical relationship with her as he was loyal to me.This girl along with her family mentally abused my boyfriend and tried to create conflicts between him and his family and filed a fake dowry case.After one year he divorced her.This girl along with her parents came to my house and threatened me several times.I became a severe depression patient due to tragic incidents that happened in my life and now I have completely recovered.Since my boyfriend is a divorcee, my father and my mother's brother didn't want me to marry him because they find marrying a divorcee to be something shameful.Both of them tortured me mentally and took away my phone.My mother's brother threatened me that he would kill me and my boyfriend.I can't bear anymore this torture from my father and uncle.I want to marry my boyfriend and start a happy new life.I m 20 years old.I want to marry him as soon as possible through a register marriage.I m scared that my father and uncle would find out this during the 30 day objection period.I can't bear the separation anymore.How can I marry him safely?

A.Since you and boy are adult,as such you have legal right to enter into marriage without any hurdle and in case anyone comes to your way than you can lodge an F.I.R before police.
But decree of divorce has to be seen before you enter into marriage.

A.Dear Client,
Since you above 18 you can legally marry and there is no problem.
As per the standard procedure the office has to put Notice in the Notice Board.You can not avoid that.The other option is to get married and then go the Court to get your marriage registered with Appropriate Authorities as per the law of the State .
Before doing anything you must be financially sound or the boy who is getting married must be financially sound.But, do not do anything against the wishes of your parents which will attract the attention of Khap Panchayat as it is in North India.
Think it coolly and take the decision accordingly.

A.Dear Madam,

The Supreme Court now protects the younger generations as follows.
================================================================

Nobody has right to interfere if two adults get married, says Supreme Court
NEW DELHI: No one, either individually or collectively, has the right to interfere in a marriage between two consenting adults, a Supreme Court bench led by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dipak Misra said on Monday.
The bench sternly told khap panchayats not to assume the role of conscience keepers of society and said courts would go by the law and not tradition and 'gotra' considerations to determine the legality of a marriage.
Senior advocate Narender Hooda, appearing for some khap panchayats, said khaps encouraged inter-caste and inter-faith marriages as they had permitted Haryanvi men to marry women from other states given the skewed sex ratio in the state.
