I was acquitted from 307 and 25/27 in 2016....there is no mentioned that I was given benefit of doubt ....now i m preparing for police service.....can I get it or may have some problem.....because of some recent guidelines of SC clearly mentioned that equittal should be on the basis of merits........but in recent case in mp ....due to a criminal case .....his petition accpted

A.Dear Sir,
You may apply for the post and if rejected for any reason then approach High Court saying that you have been acquitted on merits and given clean chit.
