The property is in the name of my great grandfather. I have patta in the list of name - Grandfather, my dad and other three sons! My dad died in 2020 and i am only daughter of him!
My question is whether I have rights on the property because my other two uncles (my dad's brother) deny to give me the share!

A.Dear Madam,
It is ancestral property as such your share cannot be denied by your uncles since you got the share in ancestral property from the date of your birth. Immediately file a partition suit and get a stay against alienation of such properties otherwise your uncles may dispose of those properties.
