I have filed a complaint against my husband because of torture now they are filed a complaint against us so Police called for station and the FIR filled against our family and also asked to bring adhar card and photo Is it safe to give adhar & photo to them why they are asking this.

A.Dear client only attested Xerox copies can be provided to police or other departments.no origiy copy can be provided.

A.Dear Client,
Probably, Police want to verify your identity and place of residence to determine their jurisdiction or area of operation.
Police normally has no business either with Aadhaar or Photo.Anyway they do not have any provision of keeping such record. Which State Police?You can give photo copy and write the purpose for giving and put signature.Otherwise it might be misutilised for some other purpose and you will land up in trouble.
