Resignation - my employer is not ready to release
1 year ago
I am requesting my employer to releave me with 30 days notice, my employer is not ready to releave me before 60 days of notice, I have not signed on a physical copy at the time of joining, how can I get My F&F cleared by law?
A.Dear Client
You can send them a legal notice asking them to relieve you as per the employment offer letter and term and conditions or else you will be forced to file a case against them for breach of terms of contract and seek compensation from them.
Hope it helps.
