Humiliated by debt collector
I have took money of 49k from one of my known person through online and and I've returned around 30k cash and 5k through online but now he's saying that I've given him only 5k and putting allegations on me stating that I've send money from his account to mine without his permission. He's humiliating me every now and then and he also locked my bike in my absence as I went to my hometown. Now he's using bad words and shouting infront of everyone. Kindly please help me with some solution so that i can deal with him.
A.Dear Client
when you returned his money in cash then you should have had some witness or taken his signature on paper mentioning that amount is being given to him. If his harassments are too much then you can lodge a complaint to the police.
