Paid Advance without agreement for land purchase Paid Advance without agreement for land purchase

I have paid advance 24 laks in 2020 to known person and his son for buying their agri land 5 acres. Half of the money i paid via online transfer and half money i paid in cash. But due to their family partitioning issue they are delaying the registration for last 3 years also they are increasing the price of the land. The evidence I do have is online transfer, voice recordings of the conversation and they themselves told everyone in the village that they sold the land to me. May I know how to solve this problem.

A.Dear Client,
You can file a recovery suit for your advance money or for the recovery of land in the concerned court by showing all the evidences, witness and online payment transactions in the court. You can send them legal notice regrading this.
Hope, it is helpful

Hi Anik Sir, The evidence I do have is online transfer, voice recordings of the conversation and they themselves told everyone in the village that they sold the land to me. Is it enough for the recovery of land in the concerned court by showing all the evidences, witness and online payment transactions in the court?
