My bank freezed account without notice, and I was asking them for reason from 3 days, they don't have reason, but someone filed FIR, and they don't know reasons for it.

You need to get the copy of the letter from the bank that the police would have sent to them and then you need to get in touch with the Police to sort it out.

A.Dear Client,
Bank cannot freeze your account unless and until there is appropriate direction from the judicial authority. But if Bank had found that your account is indulging some illegal activities then it may freeze your account without giving any notice. You can file a suit in Court regarding this.

but I make only 15000 a month, 6500rent, Internet and food : 3500. And I am paying EMI 3700.

Filing a suit is okay, but what about case against me.
