Dear sir maine b.sc(pcm) Swami Vivekananda's subhratri university meerut se ki hai mera 2015-2018 batch tha but mein baar baar fail ho rhi hu aur university dwara di gyi fail ki marksheet ka QR code scan nhi ho rha hai iss sthiti mein main kya kr sakti hu..
College dwara mujhse exam dene extension fee mangi ja rhi h but mujhe apni apni degree 2018 passed out ki hi chahiye bcoz mein ek UPSC aspirant hu agar mujhe jb ki pass ki degree nhi mili toh mere 5 year 12 th ke baad ke gap dikhaye jayenge aisi sthiti mein main kya kr sakti hu?
