Due to some financial issues have borrowed some amount from colleagues which i couldn't paid due to some issues and those colleagues reached to HR on me and the company has been exited me from the service and now they are not ready to settle my ful n final settlement.What should I be doing as i told them with this settlement amount wil.clear the loans taken from colleagues
