Is Korakalu Halla a Raja Kaluve Is Korakalu Halla a Raja Kaluve

My question is regarding a small channel which goes through the land. As per the village map records it is mentioned has halla (Korakalu halla). I would like to know if this is a Raja kaluve or not. How can I get this verfied ?

Recently, BBMP started the construction of the nala in our land and another adjacent land without serving any sort notice and they have stopped the construction after our land and the nala continues in the next land where there is already an apartment built upon the nala and no action is taken so far.

Because of this nala construction the land parcel is divided into 2 parts and I am not able to go to the other side of the land because the nala is not covered.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A.Dear Sir,
You may immediately go to High Court or Civil Court to stop such constructions without proper land acquisition and paying the compensation.
