Education loan repayment

Hello Team,

I joined a course worth of 1.4 lakhs and paid my initial 3 months emi. However I couldn’t take up the course or continue with the course due some personal issues like my mom health and financial issues. After I have dropped an email to institutions and loan vender they replied stating this cannot be closed now or need to settle full amount to close the loan.
As days passed I couldn’t pay emi due to some financial difficulties and it’s been 5-6 months now and they keep calling me.
So I decided to end this and asked them I can pay somewhere around 30 to close the account due amount is 1.1lakhs.
Recovery agent denied that they cannot take 30k loan settlement and asked to drop email to loan vender.

So I keep dropping emails from my personal email id and their responding as they cannot disclose personal data to non registered email id. Hence I replied this is my personal email id as my company name and email address has changed.

But now from WhatsApp I got a picture of legal notice section 20(2)
So now I have dropping an email to them via my office email address.

Please help me how can I proceed with this and I’m not in position to pay full amount
And even I’m not taking classes as well.
