Hey, I am currently living in Lithuania, Europe. I found a business idea where i can sell cryptocurrency namely USDT from Europe and sell it in India as there is a difference in price that can be sustainable. I am completely clueless on how to start legal procedure. My major questions right now are
- Can proprietorship establishment in India manage it?
- Do i need any specific permits or any compliances to be followed?
- How to regulate money to transfer internationally, namely Europe to buy that cryptocurrency?
- If possible, how to manage legal overview on Europe side.
- Which specific category of lawyer or advocate can help me in this?
