Lawyer Misconduct

We wish to file a complaint against a lawyer named X, from Bokaro Steel City.
Here are his instances of misconduct and severely illegal and unethical behavior.
1. He demanded that I give him 10% of the amount I would get in settlement concerning a case he was supposed to be helping me out with, even though I paid his fee every time, promptly.
2. Then he went to the defendant and said "If you give me 2 lakh rupees, he would dismiss the case." This is illegal.
3. Then, he calls my moother and threatens her, also wishes for my father to die and says a lot of mean things.
I have all this under a phone recording because he called us using his phone. The defendant is also siding with me and confirmed the same.
Please let me know if teh bar council would be willing to take some action against him and what do I need to do.
You can file a case against the Advocate regarding this with all the evidences against him and the next Court will take the necessary action.
