Bank legal query

I bought a land last year through a power holder by getting loan from Axis bank (by mortgage)and bank verifiedall my documents and sanctioned the loan ,after registration, some one made a complaint to police saying I'm the real property owner and case was going on at anti land graping department and they arrested the power holder stating no such owner and this power holder made all EC entries by bribing the govt officials and registered the land to us. Now they are going to cancel the registration made by me and what should I do now to handle the bank, do I stop paying the Emi, how should I get out from this bank issue because they will ask me to pay the money for land which I not hold anymore.
A.Dear Client,
First of all get all the documents which shows that you had legally bought that land and the case was not your fault. You can't just stop paying EMI to the bank you have to follow all the rules and procedure so that you won't get trouble into the any other case. As you have took the loan from bank it's your responsibility to pay back the money.
