My parents 76 and 65, dad paralysis patient and mom schizophrenia patient. cannot give statement.
we are 5 sons and 2 indian citizens but NRI and 3 foreign citizens. no one stays with parents. whenever they visit india they fight physically with siblings with no reason. and police visit 2 times to parents home.
beating parents physically, harassing them and stealing parents money. taking away father properties rent and i have all video proofs available with me.
i want all to sit at one place and solve issues, but they are not ready to sit and discuss.

i want to take my parents custody and i want to maintain all rents and all assets of parents with receipts untill parents are alive or untill all the properties are divided. luckily iam indian citizen but NRI and no crimes done at home or with parents or with their assets.

i want court orders that to look after my parents. if i loose the case i do not mind atleast my brothers will come for discussion and come an agreement for all the issues. i know all these fights they are doing is for my father around 20 crores property.
