I own one land where that land having one access Road which is mentioned in my sell deed but neighbour that road claims rights over their where very long time that land not suppose used and i am living very far from that place. I have not visited that land for ten years And now neighbour doesn't want to vacate that Road So What Should I do

A.Dear Client,
You can go to the court and sue him for occupying it and can show the deed which will state that road was of yours.

A.Dear Sir,
Let him go to Court to prove his long standing access to that road but it being used by your vendor also and mention the same in your sale deed as such you are having stronger case.
