The president of housing society purchased a land of 805 sq. yards (in the year 1980) and sold to two people, one with 450 sq. yards (to Mr. A) and other with 355 sq. yards (to Mr. B).in the year 1980.
Mr. B occupied the 20 ft road and made compound wall in 1980 itself.
In 2008, Mr. B got registered the road portion 133.33 sq. yards from the president of the same society showing the same Link Document of 805 sq.yards and stating there is a vacant plot of 133.33 sq. yards (the original president was died and his son has become president)
At present the president also died and a new president has been appointed by the society.
My question is how to cancel the document with minimal effort?

You can show the documents which will state that the portion he was taking (133.33sq) is extra portion from road. If you have any evidence of that then you can cancel Mr. B document of 133 sq.

You have to go to Civil Court and get it quashed if other party is ready by way of mutual settlement or you may approach the Sub-Registrar office and get it cancelled through the other party by executing cancellation deed.
