I have worked for a company for 21days and the company terminated me due to underperforming. With a doubt on salary i held the company laptop and told them that i will return it only after my salary is paid. In the mean time they initiated a police complaint and without FIR they got the laptop from me. Now they mailed me that they have spent 55555/- in recovering the laptop and they are denying to pay my salary for the worked days which is 26000. How can I proceed legally against the organisation to get my pay?
A.Hello Sir,
You can approach the labour commissioner and convey the issue to the commissioner. If the labour commissioner fails to provide a solution, then you can approach the labour court.

A.Hi client.,
Firstly your employment contract is to be reviewed thoroughly. If there is a breach of contract from any of the party's end then it is to be checked.
If you are being wrongfully not given your salary legal steps such as sending a legal notice then a case is to be lodged against the employer.
Thanks and Regards
