What should be my next step

So i ordered from a site on 22 December 2022 and haven't received the shipment yet to the date they dont respond to mails however they said they sent a mail on jan 18 2023
To notify the customers who’ve placed an order from Dec 15th - Dec 31st, orders are running delayed cause to unforeseen situations related to COVID & Chinese New Year. It can take 2-3 weeks more for shipping the orders. Please bear with us as we’re working on to get the orders shipped as soon as possible. Due to huge volume of orders and queries, there might be some delay in getting back with a response as well. Thanks a lot for your patience.

Its been more than the stated period of time in mail and no response is being received and they have a no refund policy
It's sellers responsibility to get you updated about the delayed delivery. You can ask compensation from then as it's there duty. If they will not give you any information about that move for the legal procedure.
Currently you don't have an option apart from waiting for some more time. If not respondent, legal action has to be taken which will initially include a legal notice.
