I hv wrkd wth an org for 2.4 yrs but in the mnth of Nov'17 i did not receive my complete salary due to which i could not pay my room rent and wen i had a word with HR team they said salary will be credited with the next month's salary but my landlord did not cooperate and i had to go back to my hometown as i did not have a place to live in delhi. Now company is not giving re-joining even not issuing my exp letter. Please advice what i should do??

A.dear client kindly send them legal notice through any local lawyer.

A.Dear Client,
Try to settle it amicably and look to your agreement signed /contract made before joining the duty.
It will be based on that.
Think it differently.Supposing the Employer is not happy with you and write something which is not favorable to you... then what next? can you show it to your future Employer?
Best option for you would be settle it at your level.If not get in touch.
