Respected sir, My father was a army man.he married a woman and they don't get children thats why he marry another woman .that second lady died due to ill health..then my father married my mother and IAM a boy and 3 sisters.. and again he took another lady to our house when I was very young..my mother refused to stay with her and stayed in another house which is also my father's,but I was with my father only and my 3 sisters with my mother..at that time my father died that is 2001.my mother took me with her..but all my father property papers, certificates are still with that Lady only..my mother is innocent and she can't fight for anything..and that withdrew my father's pf account money too ..and family pension is also taken by her every month.. what are my chances to get all to my mother.we are the only children no other got chidrens with my father.

A.dear client kindly Go to court and fight.Your mother will get pension definitely .

A.Dear client Have u copy of pension papers ? To whom your father nominated in his service record ?
Dear client your father died in 2001 and now after 18 years your mother wants to get family pension ? What u were doing since 18 years ?
