A.To apply for a caste certificate for your daughter, you will need to follow these general steps:

Obtain the application form: You can obtain the application form for a caste certificate from the office of the Tehsildar, Revenue Department or the local municipality office.

Fill in the form: Fill in the required details in the application form, including your daughter's name, date of birth, place of birth, and details of the caste to which you want to claim eligibility.

Submit supporting documents: Along with the application form, you will need to submit supporting documents such as your own caste certificate, your marriage certificate, your daughter's birth certificate, and any other documents that prove your caste.

Verification of the application: After submitting the application, a revenue official will verify the details and may conduct an inquiry to confirm your caste.

Issuance of caste certificate: If your application is found to be valid, the revenue official will issue a caste certificate for your daughter.

Regarding giving your daughter your mother's caste, you will need to check the rules and regulations in your state or union territory. Some states allow children to inherit the caste of either parent, while in other states, the child's caste is determined by the father's caste. In some states, the caste certificate can be issued based on self-declaration.

It is important to note that obtaining a caste certificate does not have any legal or constitutional basis, and it is a social and cultural concept. However, caste certificates may be required for certain government services or benefits, such as education, employment, or reservations.

It is recommended that you consult with a local lawyer or legal advisor who can guide you through the specific laws and regulations governing the issuance of caste certificates in your area.
Thank You
