My sbi account is on hold My sbi account is on hold

I took personal loan from a bank and could not return them due to some reasons. And now my saving and pension accounts are on hold. I am not able to make any transaction. Please advice me how to solve problem

A.Hello Sir,
A banker cannot exercise banker lien in view of the provisions of the Pension Act, 1871 over such sum. A banker can exercise its lien on sums coming to its possession in the usual course of its business.
