I recently got a message on whatsapp regarding data entry job in orix services. As a student I am in need of some extra money and without thinking, i took on the offer. I have sent them details regarding my aadhar, Passport photo, digital signature and email. It was only after a few days I came to know that it was all a trap-a scam. I have messaged the representative and told her that i'm quitting. She messaged me back saying that If I quit I'll have to pay 4900/- as company registration. Since then i have kept the numbers blocked. An agreement was also signed without my knowledge. This happened on the 19th Feb2023 and in the agreement it was written that it was valid from the day i joined until 23rd Feb2023. I was given 480 forms to be completed within 5 days. I have blocked all numbers and I don't know what to do next. They have my information and I also came to know that a fake advocate of theirs will contact me demanding the 4900/- and if I don't pay this matter will be taken to court. Please SIR/MADAM help me out. I am scared.

You don't have to be scared, Since the agreement( must be enforceable by law) they made is without your knowledge then it is void contract. Also they are using fake Advocate so it is also a crime. You don't have to take any action against them.
