me and my wife filed mutual divorce and 1st hearing completed and the 2nd motion is in April-2023.I want to reconcile and asked lawyer to file memo to withdraw my consent.But he is not ready to until my wife also asks him.I want to withdraw unilaterally the petition.What are my options as my lawyer is not ready file memo?
