Exhibiting of documents
1.documents already submitted in court. 2.public doc.s, certified copies. 3.list included in examination in chief. Whether court will take out documents from file for exhibiting or party has to take any other action?
A.If the documents have already been submitted to the court and are part of the court record, they can be considered as evidence in the case.
If the documents are public documents or certified copies, and have been included in the examination in chief, it is likely that the court will accept them as evidence without the need for any further action from the party. The documents will be part of the court record and will be available for the judge to consider when making their decision.
However, if the documents were not properly submitted or marked as evidence during the examination in chief, the party may need to take additional steps to ensure that they are properly admitted into evidence. This may involve making an application to the court to exhibit the documents as evidence.
It is always recommended to consult with a legal professional for specific advice regarding your situation. They can review the specific details of your case and provide guidance on the appropriate steps to take to ensure that the documents are properly admitted as evidence in court.
Thank you
