Hello! Advocate,
I have lodged a complaint on Dec 06, 2019 in Bhongir district with out any appeal to court FIR has been closed. May I know how can I take this incident to court. Please guide me.
My father experienced breach of trust from his siblings.

If you are complainant and the FIR on the basis of your complaint is cancelled, you can file protest petition against it and the court will treat it as private complaint
