High penalty charges From MPOKKET

Hi i have been using this mpokket app from clge 2nd with 8K credi limit and taken loan and repaid all on time but in last year taken on Feb 2022 loan from mpokket 16000 due my family emergency situation i couldn't repay that on time coz my father is disabilities person and mom is house wife I'm the one who works and repay all after 8 months i couldn't make the repayment i tried to make repaymet on Nov 2022 on that it's showing that i need to repay 48K to close my account they are saying for taking 16k and delayed for 8 months they are saying 48K need to be paided i could not make that much amount please someone help me in this!
