My wifes behaviour is in appropriate with me and my family. One of the things which I want to take advise on that in the past she opened drawer and and packets of my family with the intention to steel things. So now we have put lock on most of the drawers and cupboards. We had given her house key and told her when ever she goes out just tell me when she will be back to that one person will always be there to open the door. She never did that. On 24th she had gone out and no one was at home she came home and when found that no one is there is called keysmith and got the door open. Before she came almost 20-25 mins before I called her and messaged her when she will be back but she did not respond to anything and directly came to home and got the door open. Its because of her behaviour we were not giving keys to her. We don't know what all things she can do to home in my family absence. I want to know what kind of complain I am eligible to put to police station. Apart from NC or FIR Is there any normal complain which police will just keep it to themselves where there is no need to call my wife to police station. I want to avoid unnecessary rukus. If something is stolen then from her then i can use this application in filing an FIR or court case

A.You should consult with a lawyer for specific legal advice. In general, you may file a written complaint to the police station against your wife for breaking into the house without permission. This complaint can be in the form of an application or letter addressed to the Station House Officer (SHO) of the police station in your area.

In your complaint, you can explain the situation, including the past behavior of your wife with regards to stealing items from your family. You can also include details of the incident when your wife got the door open using the locksmith. Be sure to provide any evidence that supports your claims, such as messages, phone records, or any other relevant documents.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice to her and parents making them aware of her mistakes and in the meanwhile you may intimate the police about her conduct and ask them to keep the same on record.
