My neighbour keep complaining my construction.

I am the owner of a building under construction. The owner of the very next building is constantly complaining my construction work regarding the space whick should be left before construction. His house itself not under proper law of construction. What to do against him.

A.First, you have to ensure your construction is duly approved & sanctioned by the Municipal Authorities.

A.dear client in your case if the land and construction of your building is under the approval of the Municipality Authority of your area then there is nothing to worry about it.

if the land and construction of your building is under the approval of the Municipality Authority of your area then there is nothing to worry about. In my opinion I won't suggest to you go against your neighbour because in the time of need they will be the ones to come out help you.

A.Hi,
It is become a common issue with most of the Owners who are constructing.First you have to ensure your construction is duly approved & sanctioned by the municipal Authorities. Never to antagonise the owner of the next building always try to maintain cordial relation avoid any misunderstanding & trouble.

Sir but he is not ready to listen. He only wants to make the building according to him..I only want to know,if he did anything can I backfire him against his construction?
