A.It's important that you take action to protect yourself and seek help. Here are some steps you can take:
Contact the police: If you are in immediate danger, call the police or emergency services. The police can help you file a complaint against your parents and take action to protect you.
Seek medical attention: If you have sustained injuries as a result of the abuse, seek medical attention as soon as possible. Medical professionals can document your injuries and provide you with the necessary care.
Reach out for help: Consider reaching out to a trusted friend or family member, a counselor, or a support group for assistance. You can also contact organizations that provide support and resources for victims of abuse, such as the National Domestic Violence Hotline.
Consider legal action: Depending on the circumstances, you may want to consider taking legal action against your parents. A lawyer can advise you on your legal rights and help you take appropriate action.
Remember that you deserve to live a life free from abuse and violence. It can be difficult to take action against family members, but it's important to prioritize your safety and well-being. There are people and resources available to help you.
