A.As a POSCO victim, you have the right to seek justice and legal remedies for the harm done to you. If the accused in your case is absconding, it can make it more difficult to pursue legal action against them. Here are some general points to consider:

FIR Quash Petition: If the accused has filed an FIR quash petition, it means they are asking the court to dismiss the FIR that was filed against them. The court will examine the grounds on which the FIR quash petition is filed and decide whether or not to quash the FIR. If the FIR is quashed, it may make it more difficult to pursue legal action against the accused.

Petition under 226: A petition under Article 226 of the Indian Constitution can be filed in the High Court, and it allows a person to seek relief for any violation of their fundamental rights. The court may examine the petition and issue directions or orders to protect the petitioner's fundamental rights.

Legal Remedies: If the accused is absconding, it can be difficult to pursue legal action against them. However, you can still pursue legal remedies such as filing a complaint with the police, filing a private complaint in court, or pursuing civil remedies. It's important to seek legal advice from a lawyer who can guide you on the best course of action.

Protection and Support: As a victim, you may also be eligible for protection and support from government agencies or NGOs. Consider reaching out to organizations that provide support to victims of sexual assault and abuse.

Remember that every case is unique, and the specific remedies available to you will depend on the facts and circumstances of your case. It's important to seek legal advice and support to navigate the legal system and pursue justice.

Thank you
