Employment bond

I was working in a Pharma company and signed a bond with them for 03 years. After sometime, i realized the culture of the company was toxic and humiliating. So, i resigned there without serving the notice period. After that, company filed a case in e-courts platform against me. What should i do now?

You have to bear the consequences and pay the bond money tot he company. As you have signed a 3 year bond with them and resigned without serving notice period.
