My instagram account is disabled cause a 3rd party fill a copyright report that's why our accounts get disabled so what can i do, Instagram send us a notice talk with 3rd party and resolve your query if they accept our account will get resoted

It means you have violated the laws or for a frequent number of times you have infringed someone's copyright videos or work.
You need to write this to the third party seeking their permission and also letter intimating them about the unintentional infringement of such copyright works. Take the permission then email the same to the concerned authority.
