Service Agreement - I signed the offer letter

I got placed in a company through campus. I signed the offer letter which said i have to be there for 36 months from the day of joining and later i got internship offer and joined the same. Can I leave the the company while Im still a intern without paying penalty?

If you have signed offer letter and other term and conditions of that company and such joining period as given in the offer letter has expired or has not clearly defined in offer letter then in that condition you are free to join any other company at present in your hand.

U can leave the company without any obligation provided they have not spent any amount on your training etc., otherwise they will recover the amount spent by them.
