A.Hello Sir,
A Khata is a document that has all the details of a particular property like its size, location, area, type and more. So the gram panchayat khata in Bangalore is also the same. It contains all the information about the property located in a particular gram panchayat. If it is not A Katha not it will B Katha which is not advisable for purchasing.

A.Dear Sir,
It is called B Katha property because residential sites were carved out from revenue land. You can purchase the same with a risk that you have to betterment charges at later point of time.
