Regarding loan

Dear sir my father got sum of one lakh towards his friend by giving our deed and by making the signature in blank stamp paper we paid interest more than one lakh and we asked six month time to settle the amount one lakh with the interest but he refused to give time and filed the case against us by claiming that the amount was 3 lakhs and he threaten us to pay total 6lakh with the interest what can we do now please guide us through

File a civil suit in the court under Section 468 which is about forgery and cheating. Burden of proof will be on you and you have to prove that cheating and forgery has been done with you.

If it is civil case and not cheque bounce case then just prolong the matter and you will succeed. In the meanwhile get back your documents by approaching Police if possible.
