Mother-in-law not allowing entry in house
1 year ago
It's been 5yrs to my marriage with a south indian and my mother-in-law is blocking my entry inside house. What legal help I can get to stop her doing this?
A.Dear Madam,
You may file a Domestic Violence case and get restraint order and enter forcibly as per the Court orders as it is your primary matrimonial house.

A.Hello ma'am,
According to the ruling of Supreme Court in 2020, if a women is married then no one can stop her to live in the house of in-laws owned by them. It is her right to live there. File a suit in the court regarding this and ask for the remedy for the same.
