A.Dear Sir,
You have to execute the same as per the provisions of RERA Act. Normally, it has to be executed through Deputy Commissioner who will send the file to the concerned Tahasildar for recovery of the said amount.

A.Hello sir/mam,
Any person unsatisfied with the decision, directions or orders of the adjudicating body can file an appeal with REAT.
