Parental insurance rejected. Parental insurance rejected.

My father has rare blood disease. Aplastic Anaemia and PNH. He was admitted in hospital for 11 days. I took parental insurance in currently working company. Insurance company rejected saying this disease is not covered. This disease is nor mentioned in excluded disease list and neither in included disease list. Cancer is covered and this disease is diagnosed by cancer specialist. What can I do?

Hello Sir

As I mentioned my father has a rare blood disease. He was admitted in hospital for 11 days. Insurance company rejected the claim and said that this disease is not covered.
I checked the document of disease. The document has two lists one is disease covered and another disease excluded (not covered). This disease is not mentioned in both the lists. Then what should I do.

Also can you suggest any advocate experienced in this field.
