I was 18 when my father passed away who was a dealer at hpcl due to my underage I was instructed to allow a guardian to take care of dealership since now I am 21 so do now I have any right to claim it back or any compensation

A.Dear Sir,
send representation to the company if replied or not , approach High Court and u will get positive order. So that u can continue with your dealership.
