I had false my experience letter and due to which employer terminated me on 23 Feb and told me that we will give you salary of 23 days now they mailed me today legal notice that we will not give you any money and write a letter to us that i have no dues else i will file a case against you
A.Hello Sir,
Whatever you had done is offence under the eyes of law. So, give them the No Objections Certificate and ask them to sign the agreement with you that they will not file a case against you. Also you can use Legal notice as a evidence they asked for NOC on behalf that they will not file a case against you.
