Non payment of salary

I have resigned from my service but employer not giving my salary.
I have resigned from my service just because they recruited me as an accountant but work given me of factory labour to pack the material and keep watch on employee etc.I told so many times I didn't do this type of work please tell me the procedure of leave the job but they told do your work and don't give me appointment letter and notice procedure for leaving and now they hold my salary and told me i have adjusted the same against your notice period which you have not given for leave the job.
Now please guide what should I do
