My father was a government employe, he died during COVID, iam only son of my family , i have elder sister who has a government job and she is married, my father left behind huge amount of money for us and my mother, my mother and sister never want to support me financially for starting my buisness and in my education, I want share of money that my father left behind for me , so I can start my buisness , iam ready to fight for my rights, my father always wanted me to do buisness, but my sister hates me for no reason and my mother supports only my sister

A.Dear Client
Since your father died intestate meaning without writing a will hence you all including your mother and sister become the legal heir to own your respective shares in the property and the assets.
What you should do is send a legal notice to them asking for the property to be partitioned.

A.Hello Sir,
According to Hindu Succession Act, 1956 you are the coparcener of the ancestral property by birth. So the property which your father left for you and your family, you are having a right on that property or assets. File a case in the civil court and demand for you shares in the property.
