How to marry and shift to Canada if criminal case pending

I want to marry my girlfriend who is a canadian citizen. But I being an Indian citizen I have a criminal case u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 of ipc pending. I am out on bail. I wanted to shift to Canada. How can I go about it?

Is there a y travel restrictions put on in bail conditions. If not then you can travel but then you have to keep your lawyer, police and the court informed about it. Also you need to come back to the court on the date of appearance.
