Money sent to different accounts in the name of crypto currency? Money sent to different accounts in the name of crypto currency?

On telegram, Some people have assured me of 30% instant returns on the money I give them.
And that they do it through hyping the cryptocurrency funds.
Initially I paid 1000 and 3000 one after the other. They returned me 1300 and 3900.
But, after that they took 4 Lakhs in different installments to different bank accounts.
and now they are not responding properly in telegram.

All this started 5 days ago.

How can I get the money I have spent back and
How can I file a complaint and take the action legally without delay.

A.Dear Sir,
Cryptocurrencies as a payment medium in India are not regulated by any central authority. There are no rules and regulations or any guidelines laid down for settling disputes while dealing with cryptocurrency. So, trading in cryptocurrency is done at investors' risk.
