Challan - my license is suspended for 3 months
1 year ago
If my license is suspended for 3 months and I have paid my challan online, can I get my license back before the expiry of the 3 months?
A.Dear Sir,
It all depends upon the discretion of concerned licensing authority. You may approach the concerned officer along with paid receipt and ask them to revoke such suspension.

A.Hello Sir,
There is nothing given as such for this. About getting the license after the expiry of suspension the license holder, upon expiry of the suspension period, must make an application to the licensing authority that issued or last renewed the license. After the application is submitted to the licensing authority, the driver must undergo and pass a fresh test of competence to drive.
